These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of VisaCMS - All in one websites, dashboards, and mobile applications (the “Services”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you use VisaCMS on behalf of a consultancy or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
1. The Services
VisaCMS provides software for visa and education consultancies to manage visitors, students, processing stages, commitments, documents, attendance, messaging, payments, and related operations. Features may vary by plan, role, branch, and configuration.
2. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Administrators may create, suspend, or remove user accounts for their organization.
- Teachers and students may access limited features through the mobile app as permitted by their organization.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
- Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the Services;
- Access data you are not authorized to view;
- Harass other users or misuse messaging and document features;
- Misrepresent identity, roles, or affiliation;
- Use the Services in violation of export, privacy, or education-related laws applicable to your operations.
4. Customer data
Your organization owns the visitor, student, document, and operational data it submits (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process Customer Data, including obtaining any required consents from students, visitors, and staff.

5. Documents and content
Users may upload documents and other files. You represent that you have the rights to upload that content and that it does not infringe third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third-party tools (payment, messaging, automation, hosting, or analytics). Those services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services you choose to enable.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
8. Fees
If you purchase a paid plan or hosting arrangement, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at purchase or in a separate agreement. Consultancy fee collection features inside VisaCMS are tools for your business operations; you remain responsible for your financial and tax compliance.
9. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. VisaCMS is an operations tool and does not provide legal, immigration, or visa advice.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VISACMS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (OR EQUIVALENT) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify VisaCMS and its operators against claims arising from your Customer Data, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of your VisaCMS installation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
